Overview — We helped a leading web3 innovation studio building a system that automatically turns any relevant update about crypto into bite-sized videos for social media like X, Instagram reels, Youtube shorts & Discord communities.
4-months, 7 video templates & many API integrations later, we cover it all. From videos about trending articles (made with AI) to NFT collections recaps, to real-time crypto price alerts & twitter spaces wrap-ups.
Everything starts with a strong branding. Dark mode, memes, a fluo color palette & a graphical library of animated shapes — everything contributes to make it catchy & coherent, while speaking the visual language of the blockchain community.
NFTrends — Template n.① is a weekly wrap-up of the current top 30 NFT Collections. It showcases the trend of volume sold & the biggest purchases of the week. A co-branded version is built to enable re-posting to social media by creators.
Sweepers — ② A floor sweep happens when someone buys the lowest priced NFTs in a collection. It’s an important indicator of its success. When a floor price happens, Algo senses it and autonomously creates a video in seconds, featuring all NFTs purchased and the new floor price.
Data — NFTGo is our source of data about NFTs, including top collections, NFT images & videos, trends & prices. Then, the colour palette of each video is algorithmically extracted from the collection images, to always guarantee beautiful colour pairings within the videos.
BuckleUp & Currentcy — Template ③ & ④ track the price fluctuations of the top 100 cryptocurrency. Buckle Up is autonomously triggered each time a coin grows (or falls) more than 5% in an hour or 7% in a day. Or when it reaches a “round”, newsworthy figure. Like Bitcoin surpassed $30K.
Eavesdrop — Template n.⑤ uses AI to pick the trending news of the day & turn the article into an engaging social media video. It covers the news & drives users to read the full piece. All done by AI, without any human work – if you don’t want to.
By leveraging web3 data from 5 different APIs, with videos in 3 different aspect ratios, Algo empowers our client to generate & deliver hundreds of videos per month, thoughtfully covering a whole sector thanks to AI & a very small editorial team.
